• Complete a Background Check through selection.com (make sure your primary diocese is Cleveland before completing this step):

  • Login to virtusonline.org. Click on Toolbox > Selection.com Background Check and follow the instructions.  

  • Email receipt to [email protected] for reimbursement.  

• CDP Compliant Coaches:
  • Snap a picture (both sides) of your current Coaching Card and email it [email protected].
  • If you need a replacement, visit the CDP replacement card link.

• Coaches NEW to CDP:

  • Register and attend a training session.

  • Email receipt to [email protected] for reimbursement.    

  • Coaches will be able to print their own coaching cards after completing the course.

• Select the link to complete the concussion course. Valid for three years.

  • Complete the online course.
  • Email the certificate of completion to [email protected]. 

• Review Policy for the Safety of Children in Matters of Sexual Abuse & Standards of Conduct 

  • Sign and date both documents attached.   

  • Email both to [email protected].

• VIRTUS Compliant Coaches:

  • Download your Certificate of Competition from the VIRTUS website and email the certificate to [email protected] if you have completed the training in the past.  

  • Please confirm that St. Mary Parish (Hudson) is listed under your account settings. (Training tab, update account, + Add role and location if needed).

• Coaches NEW to VIRTUS:

  • Register and attend a training session (Cleveland Diocese).

  • Email the certificate to [email protected]. 

Register with Sports Pilot as a coach for the season.
