A class designed to promote better strength, balance and mobility. Fit and Fall Proof is taught by certified Personal Trainer, Jill Rango. This class will be a combination of strengthening exercises and balance challenges designed to help each participant lead a healthier, more confident, and more active lifestyle. Classes will take place on Mondays from 1:00-2:00pm in Room 101/102. There will be a “free-will” offering to cover the cost of the instructor. Limber 4 Life alternates Monday's with Fit and Fall Proof.
Limber 4 Life is a class designed to improve flexibility for a life filled with better, easier movement and is led by Jill Rango, a certified personal trainer and balance instructor. Limber 4 Life will address the loss of flexibility with stretches. The first part of the class is done standing, the second part seated in a chair, and the last segment is done on the floor. Mats are provided. Classes will take place on Monday's from 1:00-2:00pm in Room 101. There will be a “free-will” offering to cover the cost of the instructor.
