In 2024, we began the process of updating our parish records and our parish registration process. Below is a PDF form of our new, one-page, registration form to be completed by current parishioners who wish to update their information, as well as new people interested in registering as parishioners.Cardstock copies of this form are available in both the brown and white narthexes and the parish office for you to pick up when at Mass; or you can print it from here. Either way, please return the completed form to the parish office during business hours or in the after hours drop box in the brown narthex.
