I am the 4/5s Lunch Time Learning Teacher. 
My husband, Rob, and I have been blessed with 3 wonderful children. I attended Duquesne University for Marketing, have my educational aide permit and have taken many professional development classes in early childhood education. I have coached CYO cheerleading & AYSO soccer and am a regular volunteer at my children’s school. I found St. Mary’s when searching for a preschool for my two younger children in 2020 and have not left :)

Why do you enjoy working with young children? 

Working with children truly “fills my cup”! I enjoy helping them learn new skills and find their own self confidence. Sharing in their excitement when they reach a goal is a wonderful feeling!

What have young children taught you? 

Children, especially young children, have taught me not to get discouraged when learning something new. It takes time to learn! It is so important to give yourself (and them) some grace through the learning process.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?

We love sports in my family so you will usually find me watching them; whether it’s one of my children playing or all of us watching together-GO Steelers!
